Bob Beck - Founder

Starting in the 80’s, he adopted the Servant Leadership mindset and set his journey to find ways of helping make others successful. He discovered the synergy between Servant Leadership, Agile, and Lean, and implemented mindsets and behaviors that improved how teams imagine and deliver top quality products. He is a public speaker that has provided his experiences to thousands and established leadership development programs for others.

His experience as a senior executive includes positions as CIO/CTO for organziations that include startups to Fortune 500. Most recently, Bob served as Managing Director for TD Ameritrade, now owned by Charles Schwab, where he transfomed multiple technology organizations. He is the author of one U.S. Patent and has two pending approval. Married for 38 years, blessed with a terrific family, and many lasting friendships.
