Chapter 2: Understanding Servant Leadership.

This module focuses on the idea that being of service to others is the best way to achieve personal success.

We will discuss the “fit and purpose” of servant leadershp and provide personal examples of how a mentor helped set the course for the author to be a better leader.

A quick historical perspective is provided along with the myths that trap many from embracing the mindset. You will hear about how the mindset is defined and why it’s important, and see what the author discovered as his authentic leader.

Behaviors are the tools of the craft. You will learn about the ten behaviors and how they create opportunities.
